In order to meet the needs of RIU Hotels, we have put in place several actions.
The first one is training in Meta I/O, to better manage advertising campaigns and the implementation of optimization strategies. The second one is development, in collaboration with the client's teams, of a customized connectivity between Riu Hotels and the metasearch related to their offers’ typology.
The next step is management and development of the Google Hotel Ads conditional rates, in order to adapt to the Riu Hotels offer rules and allow the opening of GHA campaigns on all markets.
After that, we continuously update API connections to ensure accuracy of prices sent to metasearch.
Last but not least, we assign technical and strategic account managers for greater responsiveness.
